So with open beta comes more changes, mostly COG changes for trailers to match the ATS changes that came with the Heavy Cargo DLC.
While the mods will function just fine (with warnings in the log) I have decided to update the “offline” mods today. Be aware that all the trailer/combo mods are updated for 1.28 Open Beta and will not work on older game versions.
There are 88 mods that will be updated so I am not going to list them all here. But all mods found on the combo page and company/Trailer pages should be updated including both the Big Malcolm Mod and Big Stobart Mod.
The fuel tanker pack also gained a new trailer as part of its update.
The BSM update also includes an SDC curtain for Explore and a TYCO trailer and AI combo.
For those from my FB Group wondering where the NEW things are, I will release those after 1.28ETS goes public.
Jeavons has been updated to fix a unit name issue. This is a suggested update as it will cause conflicts with Verhoek if not updated.
Maritime has now been removed from the Truck Skins page and moved to the Combos page. It now includes two trailers, two truck skins (DAF E6 & Actros 2014) as well as AI combo.
My first batch of Blender Tools made mods have been updated.

Joining the combo party is my Wychwood Brewery themed skins, those of you on my FB group will already be familiar with these skins, I have finally decided to release the pack publicly.
Pack includes 6 standalone trailers, custom cargo for each, a Renault Premium Marston’s skin and AI combos.
This mod can also be downloaded from Steam Workshop.
As a reminder, these mods are made for 1.27 and will NOT work on 1.26 or older.
I was bored, so I made a request. Bacton Transport, this may turn into a combo at a later date, but for now it is just the truck skin.
Now that the AI driver nodes are fixed, and based models of trucks made, it opens the door for some (mostly) quick and easy new AI trucks.
So with that in mind there are some new AI combos added to existing mods.
Grampian has both Scania and Volvo 2012 (with Ohaha painted grill) AI added.
Macritchie has the Volvo 2009 (with Ohaha painted grill) AI added.
Shipley has DAF AI added.
Thompsons Plant Hire has Scania AI added.
Williams Transport has DAF E6 (with Ohaha grill) AI added.
Wilson McIntyre has been removed from the Company/Trailers mod page, has been given a stand alone trailer (with proper skin rather than the one sided paint edit for SCS models) merged with the paintjob, and given AI.
I have released some Red Dwarf themed flags, they can be found on the other mods page.
Please note I made these purely for myself, but chose to share them, so they might not be up to my usual public release standards. Also be aware that two of the flags are a little bit rude.
Normally I don’t make posts about silent updates (updates that occur within 2 minutes of a blog post) because it is rare that people will grab the mod before the update completes.
However, I have realised that last nights Arclid v4.0.1 update did NOT update on Google Drive – Google Drive failed to update it and I wasn’t aware, so the fix didn’t actually go live until this morning when I booted up the PC.
So for those of you using Arclid v4 please make sure you have v4.0.1 or your game will crash when it attempts to load the AI vehicle.
